Mumbai: Esha Deol’s sangeet ceremony eventually took place after a lot of buzz in the media. It was held at the Lalit Intercontinental in Andheri, Mumbai on June 25th. It was a thoroughly star-studded affair where the presence of Bollywood’s who’s who was witnessed. Every star tried to be dressed unique wearing specially designed outfits keeping in mind the occasion’s ambiance. On June29th, the marriage ceremony of Esha Deol and her hubby to be businessman Bharat Takhtani will take place.
Esha was clad in a golden lehnga designed by the famed Bollywood fashion designer Rocky S.She posed with her fiancé for the pictures. The couple got engaged early this year on 12th February 2012.
Hema Malini, who is supremely happy for her elder daughter’s marriage, was present especially at the entrance of the hotel’s gate. She was personally greeting every guest who was turning up there to attend the event. Every eye out there was searching for Esha’s father Dharmendra and her step brothers Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol – they all were absent at the occasion. This raised the eyebrows with suspicions.
For the security, Salman Khan’s personal security guard Shera with his company Tiger Security was looking after his duty very carefully. The guests were checked with invites plus the special code provided them previously.
Ahana Deol, younger sister of Esha Deol, was wearing pretty nice shalwar kameez. Abhay Deol, Esha Deol’s cousin, arrived at the place with his girlfriend Preeti Desai. Riteish Deshmukh hit the place with wife Genelia D’Souza. Legendary Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah came with wife Ratna Pathak Shah and their younger son Vivaan.
Zayed Khan turned up with wife Mallika. Sohail Khan, Ranveer Singh and Jackie Bhagnani made solo entry. Bengali bombshells – Raima Sen and Riya Sen came wearing Anarkalis for the event. It was a wonderful event. Check out the pictures below:
